The recently completed shadowbox displaying the American Flag, the Summit Plaque, a rock from the summit, and the Cops on Top summit banner that were flown or displayed on the summit of Mount Elbrus in honor of Officer Thomas Steiner were presented to the California Highway Patrol at a recent memorial ceremony.
