The hike was in honor of Fallon Paiute-Shosone Tribal Officer Adam Menuez, Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Kara Kelly Borgognone, and Bureau of Indian Affairs Police Officer Denise Phoenix. We used the American flag that was draped over Officer Menuez's coffin in his honor.
I would like to thank the Washoe County Deputies Association for their donation and everyone who participated in the hike.
